Baby diaper tracker for wet and dirty diapers

Baby Track keeps a dated log of wet and dirty diapers next to the rest of your baby’s day, so you and other caregivers can check the record instead of trying to remember.

What you can log

Add each diaper change as it happens and look back at daily counts. Because diapers sit in the same history as feeds and sleep, you can see them in context.

Why parents keep this record

The NHS lists nappies appropriate to the baby’s age among the signs to consider when thinking about milk intake. A written record can make it easier to describe what you have seen when you talk with a midwife, health visitor or doctor. [1]

Sharing the record

When several people care for the baby, a shared log saves asking “was there a change since lunch?”. Sharing across devices uses optional Premium cloud sync.

What this tracker does not do

  • It does not say what a normal number of diapers is for your baby.
  • It does not interpret colour, consistency or frequency, or diagnose anything.
  • For any concern about your baby’s health, contact a qualified professional.

Questions about Baby Track

Can I log wet and dirty diapers separately?

Yes. Wet and dirty diapers are recorded and counted per day.

Will the app warn me if the diaper count looks low?

No. Baby Track shows your recorded counts and does not judge them. Ask a health professional if you are unsure.
