Sharing baby care without a chain of messages
A practical way to use shared records while keeping important conversations direct.
One household, shared entries
Create a cloud account and household, then invite the people who help care for your baby. Premium cloud features allow household members to access shared records. Make sure each caregiver is using the right baby profile before adding an entry.
Agree on a simple convention
Decide who logs an event and how you want to record approximate times. For example, the person who gives a bottle can enter it after the feed. Before adding an event for someone else, check whether it is already there. These are workflow suggestions, not clinical instructions.
Sync is not an urgent message
An entry made offline may not appear on another device until it reconnects and syncs. Check the latest records when handing over care, and speak directly about anything time-sensitive. Do not use a shared log as the only way to communicate an urgent concern.
Use the web for a wider view
Sign in to the web app with your cloud account to inspect synced records, statistics and charts. Use it to look back together; keep individual care instructions separate from the app’s pattern summaries.
