Baby sleep tracker for naps and night sleep

Baby Track lets you record sleep sessions and look back at how long they lasted and when they happened. It is a diary of what you logged, useful for spotting your own baby’s pattern and for sharing with other caregivers.

What you can log

Record naps and night sleep as sessions, and review recorded durations and the intervals between them. The history can be browsed as a list or a timeline by day or week.

Reading the record

Compare days with each other and notice what is typical for your baby. A pattern in your log is an observation, not proof of what caused a change, and it is not a target your baby should match.

Sleep varies, and safe sleep is about the environment

The NHS notes that newborns sleep in short stretches and that sleep needs and habits vary between babies. Safe-sleep guidance from NIH/NICHD concerns the sleep environment, which no app can assess or improve. [1] [2]

What this tracker does not do

  • It does not set wake windows, nap times or a sleep schedule.
  • It does not tell you whether your baby is sleeping “enough”.
  • It does not check sleep safety or diagnose sleep problems.
